My paintings are the silence where the noise of the world ends. After a lifetime of carrying the weight of others and navigating the relentless rush of duty, the canvas is the only place where the air grows still.
I exhale my history into the pigment. Every brushstroke is a somatic release—a physical sacrifice that leaves me weary but whole, processing the grit of the past into the thrill of self-discovery. I use the colors I feel, translating the energy held within my body into a visual heartbeat that others can finally touch.
My work is a sanctuary. I create a pause—a sacred moment for the viewer to stop, breathe the story in, and remember what it feels like to be still.
