Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY Effective January 1, 2019 We understand that unexpected things can happen, but it's important to respect your coach's time and the time of other clients. To ensure a smooth and effective coaching experience for everyone, we kindly request that you provide 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. A fee of $150 will be charged for appointments missed or canceled without adequate notice. Exceptions may be made for serious illness or emergencies. Please note that consistent participation is crucial for optimal results. Multiple missed or late appointments may impact the effectiveness of your coaching sessions.
