Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Creative Consultation Cancellation Policy: To cancel your consultation, please notify Aja Moon at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be recorded as a no-show. Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule your consultation, please contact Aja Moon at least 24 hours before your original appointment. Efforts will be made to accommodate your new preferred time. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without 24 hour notice will be recorded as a no-show. Two no-shows will result in the termination of our working relationship. Booking Rules: - Consultations must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance. - A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. Please review and confirm the details promptly.
